(Please note - these Terms and Conditions are not negotiable)

1.   Vehicles will be available for hire provided:
  a. They are free for appropriate duration of the hire period.
    (Start and finish times to be agreed between the parties.)
  b. Start and finish times do not interfere with any other previous booking.
     
2.   Should a vehicle for any reason be unable to attend said venue at the appropriate time, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and given the following alternatives:
  a. Any monies paid, returned in full.
  b. The hiring of an alternative vehicle with an appropriate adjustment to cost, if necessary we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle with an equivalent should the need arise.
     
3.   "Home James" will not accept in part or in full, any financial or personal liability for failure to provide the booked vehicle due to:
  a. Vehicles involvement in a motor accident.
  b.  Any form of breakdown.
  c. Any other unforeseen circumstance beyond our control.
     
4. The company's liability being limited to a maximum amount equivalent to its own fee.
 
  a. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle
  b. No drink other than that supplied by ourselves as part of a "Package" is permitted in any vehicle.
  c. We require a non refundable deposit of £75.00 per vehicle at the time of booking, remaining balance due six weeks prior to event.
